Owens, II, announced today that Victoria Cox, co-defendant in the Daniel Wayne Callihan case, was sentenced for her role in the June 2024 murder and kidnapping that spanned Louisiana and Mississippi.   Cox aided convicted murderer and kidnapper Daniel Wayne Callihan in the abduction of two young sisters and the murder of one.
