Owens, II, announces the successful prosecution of Marvin Willoughby in connection with the 2017 murder of 28-year-old Freddie Mosley at a local motel. On September 12, 2017, officers with the Jackson Police Department (JPD) responded a shooting at the Mustang Motel in Jackson.
