Owens, II, announced today that a jury has found 34-year-old Julius Adams guilty of Second-Degree Murder in the shooting death of 39-year-old Timothy White. On September 24, 2021, officers with the Jackson Police Department responded to a shooting in the 4900 block of McWillie Drive.
