Owens, II, announces the successful prosecution in the trial of Otis Singleton who was convicted of second-degree murder for killing 26-year-old Victoria Hollingsworth. On October 29, 2020, Jackson Police Department officers responded to 739 Monterey Street in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Hollingsworth unresponsive and lying in a pool of blood.
