Owens, II, announces the sentencing of habitual offender, Joseph Zattoni who was convicted of kidnapping and felon in possession of a firearm. On February 9, 2023, Mississippi Highway Patrol Troopers responded to a call at 3329 Highway 473, in reference to a young woman having been abducted from her car and forced into the suspect’s vehicle. The victim was later identified as 21-year-old Natalie Lambert, and the suspect was her then-boyfriend, Zattoni. When officers arrived, they discovered Lambert’s vehicle on the side of the road…
